Suji ki kachori – sounds healthy and yummy, Right? This is comparatively healthy than the regular kachori as this made of semolina. I am from Rajasthan and can’t live without kachori orMirchii bada but health is also important so today I made healthy kachori. This is a healthy and tasty snack for tea time, lunch box or appetizer for parties. So, try this and Enjoy with chutney 🙂
Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- The taste can be varied by adding peas or other ingredients in the stuffing.
- For a smooth and lump free dough, the semolina should be stirred continuously while adding it to water.
- The kachori should be fried on a medium flame to give it a nice, crispy, and well-cooked texture.
