Ingredients

  • Rice flour/chawal ka atta - 1/2 cup
  • Besan - 1/2 cup
  • Suji - 1/4 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pizza masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • FOR STUFFING : Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
  • Cheese(cut into cubes) - 4 tablespoons
  • Pizza masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander and green chilli(chopped) - 1 tablespoon each
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add rice flour, suji, besan, oil and salt.
  2. Mix it well. Switch off the flame and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the stuffing together.
  4. After 15 minutes, take out the flour mixture and knead it into a soft dough.
  5. Take some portion of the dough and spread it on the hand.
  6. Put 2 teaspoons of stuffing and cover it. Shape it like cutlets.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until they turn golden in colour.
  8. Serve stuffed cheese cutlets with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
