Strawberry Muffins – Kids Favourite!!

Strawberry Muffins are an instant and home made delicious dessert. Few simple steps with mixing and baking are required to make this dessert.

Ingredients

  • Maida/ all purpose flour - 1 cup + 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped strawberry - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Coat strawberries with 1 tablespoon of maida.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until become light and fluffy.
  3. Mix baking soda, baking powder and maida.
  4. Mix maida mixture, butter and remaining ingredients to make a smooth batter and add strawberries. Mix gently
  5. Pour the batter in greased muffin cups.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 180'c for 12 minutes.
  7. After baking, check it by inserting a toothpick at the middle of the muffin. If it comes clean, then sweet is ready or else bake it for another 1 minute.
  8. Strawberry Muffins are ready to serve.
