Sprouts Paratha – Delicious Breakfast
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 bowl
- Leftover sprouts curry - 1/2 bowl
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 1/2 teaspoon
- Clarified butter - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1 cup for kneading dough
Instructions
- In a bowl take flour and add sprouts curry, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, oil and chaat masala. Knead dough with help of water. Take oil on palm and knead the dough softly.
- Make round balls out of the dough.
- With rolling pin make round thick chapati like paratha.
- Cook this on hot tava and spread ghee or butter while cooking on both sides.
- Serve sprouts paratha hot with yogurt or pickles or simply cheese triangle.
