Shahi Rabdi is one of my favourite desserts. I love to have it chilled after meals. I prepared it at home today. Sharing the recipe for you all 🙂

Ingredients

  • Cream/ malaai - 1 cup
  • Milk/ doodh - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar/ cheeni - 3-4 teaspoons or as per taste
  • Kesar/ saffron strands - 5-6
  • Chopped dry fruits mixed - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, cream and sugar all together in a pan.
  2. Cook on a low flame for 20-25 minutes till it gets thick and creamy texture. Keep stirring continuously.
  3. Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
  4. Delicious 'Shahi Rabdi' is ready to be served. Garnish it with chopped nuts and kesar!
