Ingredients

  • Sabudana - 1 cup
  • Singhare ka atta - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Milk - 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Kesar - a pinch
  • Water - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana for 2 hours and rinse it.
  2. In a bowl, put sabudana, singhare ka atta and make dough with the help of milk.
  3. After that make small balls with dough.
  4. Heat a pan. Add 1 cup water, sugar, kesar, cardamom and give one boil. Then put sabudana balls and let it boil for a few minutes. Keep it on sim and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Sabudana kesar rasgulla is ready to serve.
