Ingredients

  • Rice flour/ chawal ka atta - 1 cup
  • Besan/ gram flour - 1 cup
  • Chopped Mango/ aam (pulp)- 1
  • Powdered sugar/ cheeni - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped almonds/ baadam - 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom/ elaichi powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast rice flour and besan separately.
  2. In a non stick pan, add ghee and add roasted rice flour and besan. Add mango pulp and powder sugar and stir continuously.
  3. Saute it till ghee gets separated in pan.
  4. Then add cardamom powder and almonds and saute it. Mix well and then switch off the flame.
  5. Delicious 'Rice Flour Besan Mango Halwa' is ready to be served!
