Ingredients

  • Grated Mawa-1 bowl
  • Grated Paneer-1 bowl
  • Crushed Sugar-3/4 bowl
  • Mango pulp- 1 bowl
  • Cardamom powder-1tsp
  • Chopped Pista (Pistacheu) and Almond-2 tbsp
  • Ghee-1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put pan on gas then add ghee. Heat it on medium flame
  2. Add mawa and sauté for 8-10 minutes .Now add grated paneer and mix it properly while doing sauté for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add mango pulp and mix properly . Now cook it till ghee separated from sides.
  4. Add crushed sugar and cook till the mixture becomes thick. Put off the gas.
  5. Grease the thhal or thali with ghee and spread the kalakand mixture evenly.
  6. Garnish with Chopped pista, almond and cardamom powder. Keep the thali or plate in the fridge for 1 hour to help kalakand set.
  7. Take out from the fridge and cut in pieces. Serve them to your family and Enjoy!
