Daal Dhokli is a famous dish from Rajasthan as well as Gujarat regions. It is enjoyed best in the monsoons and winters. Steaming hot one pot meal Daal dhokli is a soul satisfying dish. It is enjoyed with achaar, Nimbu and papads. I have added a twist to the normal dish by adding the flavour of green methi. This dish is for ongoing zayka ka tadka cibaspices contest.
