Ingredients

  • Bread - 4 slice
  • Grated carrot - 1/2 Cup
  • Grated capsicum - 1/2 Cup
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 1/2 Cup
  • Butter - 50 Gram
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and grate the carrot and capsicum.
  2. Also, grate the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Take a bread slice, layer the grated cheese, then grated capsicum.Then layer the grated carrot and grated cheese.
  4. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt on it.
  5. Now cover the bread slice with another bread slice.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan. Grease with butter and place the sandwich on medium flame and grill it.
  7. Grill it on a medium flame by applying butter both the sides until it turns golden brown.
  8. Cut into triangular pieces.
  9. Yummy 'Rainbow Grilled Sandwich' is ready to be served. Serve hot with ketchup.
