Ingredients

  • Golgappa puris - 3 pieces
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Rabri - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 2 cup
  • Coffee powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder - 1 spoon
  • Chocolate syrup - 2spoon
  • Sugar - 3 spoon
  • Ice - 3 cubes
  • Tutti frutti - 1spoon
  • Almond (finely chopped) - 6 pieces
  • Orange segments - 6 pieces

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add oil and then fry the golgappa puris.
  2. In a blender add milk, cocoa powder, coffee powder, chocolate syrup, sugar, ice cubes. Blend it together and in a serving glass, add blended chocolate mix and then put orange slices on top.
  3. Take golgappa puri, then fill it with rabri and then sprinkle tutti frutti and almond. Place the filled golgappa on chocolate shot's glass.
  4. Rabri golgappa with chocolate shot is ready to serve.
