Ingredients

  • Green Lentil or Hari Daal: 2 cups
  • Ginger: 1 piece grated
  • Green Chili: 1 piece finely chopped
  • Vegetable or Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Spices as per taste: Salt, Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak daal in water for 4-6 hours or overnight. Drain the water from the daal and grind the soaked daal in a grinder by adding little water.
  2. Add salt, chopped green chili , corinader leaves, and grated ginger and batter by adding water. Mix the batter thoroughly. The batter should not be too thick or thin.
  3. Take a flat nonstick pan or tava and brush it with oil. Now take the batter and spread it in circular shape with a big spoon.
  4. Cook both the sides on medium flame. Garma garam healthy lentil pancakes is ready for your kids.
