Roasted Potatoes- Instant Snacks!
Ingredients
- Grated potatoes - 3
- Chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped coriander - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder as per taste
- Chopped green chillies as preferred
- Jeera/cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Hing/ asafoetida - 1/4 tablespoon
- Cheese - 2 tablespoon
- Salt as per taste
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Take a non stick pan and put the mixture in it.
- Press the mixture evenly in all sides to form an even shape.
- Cook on medium heat else the potatoes will change colour.
- When done on one side flip with the help of a plate and cook the other side as well.
- When done, cover the side with cheese and either flip it or cook covered with a lid for few minutes till cheese melts.
- Yummy "Potatoes Roasted" is ready now. Serve with any dip.
