Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes/ aloo - 2-3
  • Cornflour/ makai atta - 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic/ lehsun powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt/ namak (to taste)
  • Red chilli/ mirch powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil/ tel (for deep frying)

Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes well and add cornflour to it.
  2. Add all the spices and mix well. Make small balls from it.
  3. Heat enough oil in a pan on medium flame and fry these balls from both the sides till they become golden brown.
  4. Crispy and yummy 'Potato Poppers Snack' is ready to be served with any choice of dip!
