Today evening I made “Plum and Banana Smoothie” for my little one. Plum is very good source of minerals like potassium and iron, and acts as a remedy for constipation.It tastes awesome with banana and can be served as a evening healthy drink.Giving fruit smoothie is an alternate way of feeding fruits to our kids.
