Pizza Paratha is unique stuffed paratha.

Pizza Paratha is a nice combination and idea for preparing a kid’s favorite snack in a healthy way. You will get the taste of pizza in this Paratha. Moreover, it can be served for morning breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It does not require much preparation and cooking time. In addition, this is a great option for your family. It goes well with ketchup, curd, or any type of chutney. It is a perfect tiffin snack for busy mornings as well. Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour / Gehu ka aata - 1 Cup
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Tomato / Tamatar - 1 Chopped
  • Ginger / Adarkh - 1 Inch chopped
  • Green chilli / Hari mirchi - 2 Chopped
  • Garlic / Lahsun - 3 to 4 Cloves
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1 Finely chopped
  • Capsicum / Shimla mirch - 1/2 Finely chopped
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Processed cheese - As required grated
  • Butter - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take tomato, ginger, green chilli, and garlic in a grinding jar. Grind it to make a puree. Keep it aside.
  2. Now take whole wheat flour, red chilli flakes, and salt in a bowl. Add the prepared tomato puree and knead a medium-soft consistency dough.
  3. Take small ball-sized dough and make round-shaped circular peda from the dough. Roll a peda to make a small paratha.
  4. Now add onion and capsicum to the centre of the paratha. Sprinkle salt and oregano on it.
  5. Then add cheese to it. Join the edges and seal the paratha properly. Then roll it and prepare the paratha.
  6. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Place the prepared paratha on it and cook it from one side on medium flame. Flip it, once it is slightly brown.
  7. Apply butter on both sides and cook on a medium flame. Press the paratha while cooking to make it crispy.
  8. Once done, transfer it to a serving plate. Then cut it and garnish it with cheese.
  9. 'Pizza Paratha' is ready to be served.
