Ingredients

  • Brown Bread - 3 slices
  • Butter (soft )- 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander and Mint Chutney - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 teaspoon
  • Cheese Slice -1
  • Julians of Carrot and Lettuce - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper Powder -1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the edges of bread slice.
  2. Roll the bread slice with a roller to make it thin as much possible.
  3. Spread butter , chutney and tomato ketchup to each bread slices.
  4. Place butter slice over green chutney slice. Also place cheese slice over butter slice, then place the sauce bread slice
  5. Put the julians of carrot and lettuce.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder.
  7. Now roll the sandwich tightly holding all the 3 bread slices.
  8. Cut the roll made vertically in 1 inch pieces
  9. Serve with spirals facing up.
