Ingredients

  • Full cream milk- 1/2 Litre
  • Parle G Biscuit - 1 Packet
  • Milk powder - 1/2 Cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
  • Chocolate Syrup - 1 Tablespoon
  • Chocolate chips - 1 Tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence - 5 to 7 drops

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add milk and bring it to boil on a high flame.
  2. Meanwhile, crush biscuits to a fine powder using a grinder. (You can use any type of biscuit of your choice)
  3. Add some water to milk powder to slurry. Add this to boiling milk. MIx well. Cook for 1 minute. (You can use fresh cream or condensed milk)
  4. Add crushed biscuits in batches to the milk. Stir continuously. Cook for a minute on a low flame.
  5. Add powdered sugar. Mix well.
  6. Add chocolate syrup to the mix. Mix well. Add vanilla essence to it. Mix well. Switch off the gas.
  7. Let the mixture cools down.
  8. Blend it in the grinder when cooled to a smooth paste.
  9. Pour this mixture into an airtight container. Top it with chocolate chips.
  10. Refrigerate it for 5-7 hours.
  11. Yummy 'Parle G Biscuit Ice-cream' is ready to be served. Garnish it with chocolate chips and serve chilled.
