Ingredients

  • Dal papad - 2
  • For Salsa - Tomatoes/ tamatar - 2
  • Capsicum/ simla mirch small - 1
  • Onion/ pyaz medium - 1
  • Salt/ namak to taste
  • Sugar/ cheeni - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chilies/ hari mirch - 1
  • Black pepper/ kali mirch - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cut papad in triangular shape and roast it on tava.
  2. Roast the tomato, onion and capsicum in oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
  3. Let the roasted veggies cool down. Put them in an electronic chopper.
  4. Mix all spices in chopped veggies and serve with roasted papad.
  5. Delicious and yummy 'Papad Nachos With Tomato Salsa is ready to be served
