Ingredients

  • Gol Gappe - 8-10
  • Boiled potatoes - 2 medium sized
  • Pani puri masala - 2 teaspoons
  • Boondi - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Spices : Red chilli powder, chat masala - As per taste
  • Salt, black salt - As per taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash potatoes and add the spices and salt.
  2. To make the pani poori water, add the pani poori masala to the water and mix well. Add boondi to the water.
  3. Add the green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney to the pani poori water as per your taste.
  4. Make a hole at the center of each gol gappa and fill the potato masala inside it.
  5. Dip the gol gappe filled with potato masala in the pani poori water and have immediately. Enjoy snacking on pani poori with family.
