Paneer Tikka with Soya Stuffing

Soya Stuffed Paneer Tikka is a tasty and healthy snack for the family. This time I did a little innovation and made stuffed Paneer tikka to have a change in the taste and it turned out to be awesome.

Ingredients

  • To Be Mixed Into A Marinade:- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted and ground cumin
  • 3/4 cup fresh curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon green chillies paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ajwain
  • 1 teaspoon saunf powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/3 cup besan
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Other Ingredients- 250 gms paneer
  • 1 bowl Soya Granules soaked and sequenced
  • 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger make paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • oil for cooking
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. First make filling - So take a kadhai and put oil in it. Heat it, add cumin and let them splutter,
  2. Add onion paste and saute till oil is separated, then add soya granules, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Saute for 5 minutes and keep aside for cooling.
  3. Now take paneer and mash it. Take ping pong size ball of it and put the filling in center and close it and give square shape.
  4. Then take all marinated ingredients and mix them nicely. Put the stuffed Paneer into it for 15 min.
  5. Then take a toothpick and fix paneer in it.
  6. Heat a non- stick tava and cook it on a medium flame using oil till the paneer is light brown in colour from all sides.
  7. Serve Soya stuffed paneer tikka immediately sprinkled with chaat masala and coriander. Enjoy!
