Ingredients

  • Mushrooms 200g. (each cut into 4 pieces)
  • Green peas- 100 gm.
  • Sweet corn - 100 gm.
  • Cashew nuts- 100gm.
  • Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes- 4 pieces
  • Spices-red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder all 1/2tsp and salt according to taste.
  • Edible oil - 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind soked cashew ( soaked for 1 / 2hr ) and make paste.
  2. Boil mushrooms, peas, sweet corn and keep them aside.

  4. Stir it properly and add tomato puree.
  5. Now add cashew paste and water to make gravy.
  6. Add boiled mushrooms, peas, sweet corn in it.
  7. Shabnam curry is ready to serve.
