Ingredients

  • Greated Mawa-1 bowl
  • Refined flour-1 bowl
  • Sugar - 1 bowl
  • Ghee -1 bowl
  • Milk -1 bowl
  • Saffron- 1 pinch
  • Cardamom powder-1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds-1 tbsp
  • Chopped pistachio- 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix mawa and milk in refined flour and beat it well till smooth.
  2. Mix Cardamon powder and beat it properly. Check how's batter - if thick then mix some water and make thin batter.
  3. Put a flat pan on stove and add ghee in it and heat it. Then with one spoon, put batter in it and deep fry in low flame, another side also. Like these we make other puas and keep aside.
  4. Put a pan on stove and put 1 bowl sugar ,1/2 bowl water and saffron and make a syrup of one string consistency
  5. Now dip one by one all the puas and keep it in plate. Decorate with grated mawa, chopped almond and pistachio.
  6. Serve hot Malpuas to your family and friends ..Enjoy!!
