Noodles Pizza

Ingredients

Noodles - 1 bowl
Veggies of your choice - 1 small bowl
Cornflour/ makai atta - 2-3 tablespoons
Milk/ doodh - 3-4 tablespoons
Oregano for topping
Oil/ tel - 2-3 tablespoons
Salt/ namak as per taste
Finely chopped green chillies/ hari mirch as preferred
Cheese for topping
Red chili/ lal mirch powder as preferred
Tomato/ tamatar sauce for topping
Black pepper/ kali mirch powder as preferred

Instructions

Boil the noodles in enough water. Drain water and keep aside.
Take a bowl and add cornflour in it. Add milk, salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies and veggies and mix well. Whisk together and add the noodles and mix properly.
Heat some oil in a tava or kadhai. Spread the noodles mixture on it. Top up with tomato sauce, cheese, oregano. Sprinkle pepper powder all over.
Cook the pizza covered for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts. You can avoid this step if you want and cook it in the pan itself till the cheese melts.
Delicious and super yummy 'Noodles Pizza' is ready to be served!
