Naughty Kaju – Spicy Snacks

“Naughty Kaju” is a simple and easy snacks that can be made easily at home. It doesn’t take much time to get prepared. This recipe is made by using “Ciba Tazaa Chatpata Chaat Masala”

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon and rest for frying the kaju
  • Ciba Taaza Chaat Masala - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Bottle cover to give shape of moon to kajus/ cashews

Instructions

  1. Add salt and ghee to the wheat flour and knead a hard dough. The dough should not be soft like chapati dough.
  2. Take some part of this dough and make a ball from it. Roll it to 6 inches diameter.
  3. Cut the rolled dough in small pieces of shape of cashews (moon shaped) with the help of a bottle cover.
  4. Meanwhile heat enough ghee in a pan on medium flame.
  5. Put all the cashews in it and fry till become golden brown.
  6. Transfer them to a serving plate and add chaat masala to it. Mix well.
  7. Crispy and crunchy and "Naughty Kaju" is ready now.
