Mungfali Gunpowder is an Andhra special gunpowder or podi.

Mungfali Gunpowder is made with peanuts, dry spices, coconut, jaggery, tamarind. There are the different version of gunpowder, here we are using peanuts/mungfali to make this yummy gunpowder. It is also called ‘Podi’ and can be eaten with paratha or roti or idli or dosa or uttapam or hot rice with ghee/clarified butter. It is very easy to prepare and tasty as well. You can also use this powder in different curries too.
