Mixed Dal Stuffed Pancakes – Nutritious Breakfast
				
				
				
				
				
				
					
					
						
							
														Ingredients
- FOR PANCAKE : Mixed dals/lentils - 2 cups (moong, tuvar, urad, chana dal and lal masoor)
 - Suji - 1/2 cup 
 - Curd - 1 cup
 - Salt to taste 
 - FOR STUFFING :  Crushed paneer - 1 cup
 - Chopped vegetables - 1 cup (onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli, coriander and spinach)
 - Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon 
 - Salt to taste 
 - Amchur powder - 1/2 teaspoon 
 - Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon 
 - Oil - 4 tablespoons 
 
Instructions
- Wash the dals properly and soak them overnight in sufficient water.
 - Drain off the water and wash again. Now grind to a smooth batter with curd.
 - Now mix suji and salt.  Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
 - Mix all the ingredients of stuffing.
 - Heat a nonstick pan.  Put some butter. Spread 3 tablespoons of pancake dal batter. Spread the stuffing and spread another 3 tablespoons of pancake batter on the stuffing. Shallow fry both the sides till golden brown.
