Ingredients

  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Milk powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Mava/ khoya - 100 gms
  • Crushed sugar/ cheeni – 3/4th cup
  • Fresh mint leaves/ pudina - 12-15

Instructions

  1. Dilute the milk powder by adding some milk to it.
  2. Heat milk in a pan and add crushed mava and diluted milk powder. Mix well.
  3. Keep the gas in low flame and cook for 15 minutes while stirring continuously. Add sugar too.
  4. Put off the gas now and let it be cool down.
  5. Add the above mixture in a blender with mint leaves and blend it well.
  6. Pour it in kulfi mold. Refrigerate for 5-7 hours.
  7. Yummy and chilled 'Mint Kulfi' is ready to be served!
