Ingredients

  • Chopped fresh mint leaves - 1 cup
  • Chopped fresh coriander - 1 cup
  • Curd - 2 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped green chilli - 2
  • Lemon juice -1 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion - 1/4th cup
  • Chat masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar/ jaggery - 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt as required
  • Water as required

Instructions

  1. Rinse all the greens (leaves) and keep aside .
  2. Combine all the greens and add lemon juice, curd, salt, cumin seeds, sugar, chat masala, onion, chilli in the grinder.
  3. Grind for 30 seconds then add water accordingly.
  4. Grind again until everything blends well into a smooth paste.
  5. Remove your chutney into a airtight container and place in the fridge.
  6. Serve your chutney with lunch and dinner or with any chaat you like.
  7. Spicy flavourful mint chutney is ready.
