Ingredients

  • Mint/ pudina leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice/ neembu ka ras - 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes - 6
  • Soda water - 1/4 cup
  • lemon slices - 2
  • jeera powder - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take mint, sugar, salt, lemon juice in a grinder and puree till it becomes smooth.
  2. Strain this in a jug and add ice cubes.
  3. Take some mixture in a glass and add jeera powder, soda water and mix well.
  4. Add lemon slices, ice cubes and mint and serve immediately.
  5. Sparkling drink 'Mint and Soda Water' is ready to be served!
