Ingredients

  • Mawa - 250 grams
  • Green peas - 100 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 150 grams
  • Fine chopped almonds - 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Deshi ghee - 2 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped pistachios - 1 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped cashews - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan, saute mawa for 5 minutes and allow it to cool.
  2. Boil green peas and grind it in a mixer to make a smooth paste. In a pan , heat ghee and saute green peas paste for 5 minutes , by continuously stirring. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
  3. Mix mawa , powdered sugar ,finely chopped nuts , peas paste, cardamom powder and make round laddus.
  4. Matar mawa laddus are ready to be served.
