Ingredients

  • Curd/ dahi - 1 bowl
  • Leftover barfi/ sweet - 1 cup
  • Mango Pulp - 1 bowl
  • Honey/ shahad - 2 tablespoons
  • Gems for garnishing - 1 packet

Instructions

  1. Firstly mash the leftover barfi with hands.
  2. Take a grinder and add mango pulp, curd, honey, mashed barfi and then grind it.
  3. Then place the mixture in the ice cream mold with stick and put into the freezer for about 5 hours.
  4. Once done, demould them and garnish with gems.
  5. Chilled 'Mango Kulfi Recipe From Leftover Barfi' is ready to be served now.
