Ingredients

  • Foxnuts/makhane - 250 grams
  • Desi ghee - 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Nariyal dust - 4 tablespoons
  • Elaichi powder -1/2 teaspoons
  • Kaju - 6 to 7
  • Badam - 6 to 7
  • Cold milk - as required

Instructions

  1. Heat one teaspoon ghee in a kadhai.
  2. Roast the makhane until they turn pink. Keep it aside.
  3. Roast kaju and badam in the same kadhai.
  4. Grind makhane, kaju, badam in a mixer.
  5. Take the mixture in a bowl and add sugar, nariyal dust, elaichi powder and ghee. If the mixture seems dry, add more ghee if required.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons milk in the mixture and then shape them into ladoo.
  7. Makhane ke ladoo are ready to be served.
