Maggi Balls With Hot And Sweet Sauce

Ingredients

Maggi - 1 packet (boiled) and Paneer - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower (grated) - 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) - 1 cup
Onion ( chopped) - 1 cup
Cornflour - 2 tablespoons
Green chilli ( chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Red Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt (to taste)
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Kasuri methi - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - ( for deep frying)
For hot and sweet sauce :
Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 cups
Cornflour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 2 tablespoons + 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - (to taste)
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Take a bowl. Add all the veggies along with paneer and maggi for making balls into the bowl.
Add 2 tablespoon cornflour and add all the dry masalas.
Mix well now make small balls from the mixture. Heat oil for frying.
Deep fry the balls and take them out on a tissue paper.
Take a pan, add oil for making the sauce. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Mix cornflour with 2 tablespoon water and make the slurry. Add slurry to tomatoes.
Add remaining water to it and cook on sim.
It will start to thicken. Add salt, red chilli powder and sugar.
Saute for another 2 minutes. The sauce is cooked now add this sauce over Maggi balls.
Maggi balls with hot and sweet sauce are ready to be served.
