Leftover Vegetables Pulav Cutlets – Quick Recipe
Ingredients
- Leftover pulav - 2 cup
- Bread crumbs - 3 cup
- Cheese - 1 cup
- Corn flour - 3 spoon
- Oil as required to fry cutlets
- Chat masala -1 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - half spoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In mixer blender, blend the pulao.
- In bowl, put the mixture of pulao and add cheese, chat masala and bread crumbs mix well. Make a shape of cutlets.
- Heat oil to fry the cutlets.
- In bowl, add corn flour and make a smooth paste now. Put red chili powder and salt to it and mix well.
- Dip cutlets in the paste and put in the bread crumbs and then fry them.
- Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce . Enjoy it.
