Leftover Roti Pizza | Thin Crust Veggie Pizza is an innovative form of pizza made with left-over roti or fresh roti. It is an all-time favorite breakfast/snack recipe for kids and families. You can also add a paneer to make it more delicious. It can help you satisfy the junk needs of your family in a healthy way without compromising the delicious, crispy, and crunchy taste of the pizza. In addition, we twisted the pizza recipe by using roti instead of the pizza base. Add more and more veggies to make it more nutritious. The seasoning of mixed herbs and pepper powder makes it more and more delicious.   • Pizza sauce can be used instead of ketchup.
  • Use Mozzarella Cheese or simple cheese as per the availability and choice.
  • Grease tava with butter or oil if using normal tava instead of non-stick tava.

Ingredients

  • Leftover Roti / Fresh Roti / Paratha - 1-2
  • Ketchup / Pizza sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • Green chutney - 1 Teaspoon
  • Pyaaz/ Onions - 1 (Sliced)
  • Shimla mirch/ Green capsicum - 1 (cut into round rings)
  • Sweet corn - 1/2 Cup (parboiled)
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup ( Grated)
  • Black pepper / Kali mirchi - As per taste
  • Mixed herbs - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes - As per taste

Instructions

  1. Take a leftover roti/ fresh roti/ Paratha. Spread ketchup, green chutney, onion, capsicum, sweet corn on top of roti.
  2. Now add grated mozzarella cheese on roti. Sprinkle black pepper, mixed herbs, red chili flakes.
  3. Place prepared roti pizza on the pan and cover it with lid. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes on the low flame.
  4. After 10 minutes when pizza become crisp from the bottom turn off flame. Now take out pizza into a serving plate and cut it.
  5. Leftover Roti Pizza - Thin Crust Veggie Pizza is ready to be served hot.
