Paneer Tikka is probably the most famous appetizer ordered in any restaurant…So how about I show you how to make Punjabi style Paneer Tikka at home and surprise your family and loved ones 🙂

Ingredients

  • Paneer : 250 gm
  • Capsicum : 100gm
  • Tomato : 100 gm
  • Besan (gram flour) - 150 gm
  • Spices-Salt, Red chili powder, chat masala (as per taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer in square shape.
  2. Take a pan,add besan, salt , red chili powder (according to taste ) and make thick batter by adding water and now dip paneer into it.
  3. Cut capsicum and tomato now.
  4. Take stick and insert paneer, capsicum, tomatoes in it.
  5. Heat in tandoor for 10 min. Please check and turn the stick ( to be repeated after every 2 min.) You can also grill in microwave in place of tandoor.
  6. Spread chat masala over it and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
