Lacchedar Ghee Roti

Ingredients

Wheat Flour Dough made from 1 Cup Flour
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp for each roti

Instructions

Take a medium size ball of flour dough and roll it to 6 inch diameter disc on a dusted rolling board.
Apply 1 tbsp ghee on it and fold the edges of the roti by joining both ends and making a thin cylindrical shape of it.
Now roll this roti to a circle with the help of your palms making a ball of flour.
Press it gently with your palm and start rolling it again to 4-5 inch diameter as you did in earlier step.
Heat Non Stick Tawa. Put Roti on it and cook the bottom side well.
After few seconds, flip it and apply some ghee on it. Turn it again and apply some ghee to the upper side of the roti as well.
Take the roti out of flame when both the sides are well cooked.
Lacchedar ghee ki roti is ready now, serve it hot with spicy curry or dal.
