Ingredients

  • Spiral Pasta - 1 Cup
  • Cornflour - 2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Amchur powder/Dry Mango Powder -
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Heeng/Asafoetida - a pinch
  • Oil - 1/2 Teaspoon + for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in enough water until they get soft and cooked.
  2. Drain the cooked pasta and add cold water on it. Strain it completely.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and mix well. Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan/kadai for frying.
  5. Now, add 2 teaspoons of cornflour to the pasta. Coat the pasta well with cornflour.
  6. Fry the pasta in hot oil on a medium flame. Fry them until they turn nice brown colour and crispy.
  7. Take out in a bowl once done.
  8. Sprinkle chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, sugar, heeng and turmeric powder. Toss well to coat the fried pasta.
  9. Yummy 'Kurkure Twisters' is ready to be served. Store it in an airtight container.
