Ingredients

Kiwi - 2, peeled and chopped
Fresh Mint Leaves/Pudina Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1 to 2 Teaspoon or as per taste (optional)
Water - 2 Cup
Roasted Cumin Seed/Jeera Powder- 1 Tablespoon
Salt - as per taste
Black Salt/kala namak - 1/2 Tablespoon

Instructions

Wash, Peel and roughly chop Kiwi. Wash fresh Mint leaves keeping a couple for garnishing. Can also keep slices of kiwi for garnishing.
Crush kiwi and blend it with mint using a hand blender to make a fine/coarse puree.
Add salt, roasted jeera powder, black salt and sugar. (If you want a sugarfree drink then do not add sugar to it)
Adjust the salt/sugar according to taste. Optionally can add little lemon juice for extra flavours.
Keep in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
Add chilled Water/Soda/Sprite (whatever you like or is available) while serving. Or add flavoured ice cubes.
Refreshing 'Kiwi Mint Punch Exotica' is ready to be served. Garnish with mint leaves and Kiwi slice. Serve chilled.
