Jhalmuri – Jhatpat Yummy Street Food
Ingredients
- Murmura (salted one) - 2 cups
- Mustard oil / sarson ka tel - 2 teaspoons
- Black salt / kaala namak - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder / lal mirch powder - 1 teaspoon ( or as per spice level)
- Roasted chana - 4 tablespoons
- Onion chopped - 1
- Tomato chopped - 1
- Coriander leaves/dhania patta chopped - handful
- Green chilli/hari mirch chopped - 1 small (or as per spice level)
- Lemon juice / neembu ka ras - 2 teaspoons
Instructions
- Take murmura in a bowl. Add mustard oil, black salt and red chilli powder.
- Now put roasted chana.
- Add chopped onion and tomato.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and green chilli.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Now Jhalmuri - Jhatpat Yummy Street Food is ready to serve. This dish has to be served immediately.
