Hi everyone!  Radhe Radhe. .. .hope everyone is busy in janmashtmi prepration..Thats why I am happy to upload sahagari or vrat ki namkeen for you and your family!!

Ingredients

  • Sabudana (Fry wala)- 1 Bowl
  • Potato sev (Fry wali)- 1 bowl
  • Peanuts-1 bowl
  • Sabudana flakes-1 bowl
  • Dry nuts- Kaju, almonds and coconut flakes
  • Curry leaves
  • Vegetable oil for fry
  • Spices- Sendha namak (rock salt), black pepper and red chili powder as per your taste

Instructions

  1. Add oil in a fry pan and heat it on full flame.
  2. Fry all ingredients one by one and take out on bloating paper so extra oil is soaked.
  3. After frying everything, then take it in one large bowl and add all spices as per your taste. Mix it properly.
  4. Now sahagari namkeen is ready to serve to your kids and family :)
