Ingredients

  • Milk Powder- 1.5 bowl
  • Crushed Sugar-1 bowl
  • Milk- 1/2 bowl
  • Butter- 1tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron leaves- 10-12

Instructions

  1. Put pan on the gas. Add butter and Heat it
  2. Add milk and cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Add Milk powder and cook it for 10-12 minutes till it separates from sides. Now put off gas
  4. Cool it slightly then add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Mix it properly
  5. Now put milk powder mixture in modak mould and press it. Now take it out.
  6. If you do not have modak mould then make it with hand and give shape of modak.
  • Servings : 4-6 Persons
  • Ready in : 25 Minutes
