Ingredients

  • Milk Powder-1 cup
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Ghee or butter-2 tablebspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoon ghee in a non stick pan on medium flame.
  2. Add milk and stir the mixture, let it come to a boil.
  3. Add milk powder and stir continuously on medium flame for 10 minutes. Whenthe mixture appears to be thick and leaves the sides of the pan, take it off the gas and transfer it into a bowl
  4. Instant Mawa is ready. It can be used to prepare different types of sweets like Barfi, Gulab jamun, Gujiya, Malpua etc.
