Ingredients

  • Gram flour/Besan - 1 bowl
  • Dessicated coconut - 2 tablespoons
  • Condensed milk - 4 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder/elaichi powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Pumpkin seeds - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Roast besan in a non-stick pan on sim gas until it becomes golden brown in color.
  2. Add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix it properly. Turn off the flame.
  4. Take a portion of the besan mixture and shape them like a laddu with your hand. Make Laddus of the remaining mixture.
  5. Garnish with pumpkin seeds. Instant coconut besan laddu is ready to be served.
