Indian Style Pizza – Delicious Snack!
Ingredients
- Bread slices - 4
- Cabbage - half cup
- Carrot - half cup
- Green bell pepper - half cup
- Paneer - 3 cup
- Tomato - half cup
- Pizza sauce - 4 spoon
- Tomato sauce - 2 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper - 2 spoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Red chili flakes - 2 spoons
- Corn - half cup
Instructions
- Finely chop all the veggies.
- In a pan, heat some oil and add all the veggies (including corn) now. Add half of the paneer, black pepper, salt, tomato sauce. Saute them for few minutes on medium flame.
- In another pan, put butter. When butter is melted, take bread slices and spread the pizza sauce on it. Put all the veggies, red chilli flakes and remaining paneer now.
- Remove it from stove once the colour of the breads becomes light brown.
- Garnish some paneer cubes/ crushed on it.
- Delicious Indian Style Pizza is ready to serve.
