Ingredients

  • Leftover Roti: 4 piece
  • Chopped Onion: 1 cup
  • Chopped Tomato: 1 cup
  • Ginger: 1 small piece
  • Green Chili: 1 piece
  • Mashed Curd :1 bowl
  • Imli Chutney or Tomato Sauce:2 tbsp
  • Green Chutney: 2 tbsp
  • Boondi: 3 tbsp
  • Baarik Sev for sprinkling
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Vegetable Oil for deep fry
  • Spices (As per taste): Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala

Instructions

  1. Cut rotis in rectangular shaped or triangle shaped pieces.
  2. Take a deep pan and deep fry cut roti pieces in vegetable oil on medium flame till they turn pinkish in color.
  3. After frying, let the fried pieces cool down.
  4. Take a bowl or tray and spread cooled down fried roti pieces. Now put chopped onion and tomatoes on these roti pieces.
  5. Now spread the curd above the chopped tomatoes and onions. Now put sweet (imli) chutney or tomato sauce on it.
  6. After this put green chutney on the top and add all the spices mentioned above as per your taste.
  7. Now add chopped ginger and green chili pieces. Sprinkle boondi on the top along with baarik sev.
  8. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
