Ingredients

  • Potato: 1/2 kg
  • White Sesame Seeds: 50 gms
  • Red Chilly Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mustard Seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Hung Curd: 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Cream: 1/2 cup
  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Green Methi: 1 cup
  • Salt: as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes along with peels and fry.
  2. Heat oil in another pan and crackle mustard seeds.
  3. Add chopped methi and add all spices.
  4. Cook potatoes for 2 minutes.
  5. Add curd cream and sesame seeds.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes and serve hot!
