Pyaaz (Onion) ki sabzi is a mouthwatering sabzi in Indian cuisine and is cherished by people of all ages…It is to be served hot with naan, fulka or paratha to get the maximum taste out of it and once your family eats this, they will want to eat it again and again!

Ingredients

  • Onion -- 250gm
  • Tomatoes paste -- 2 tbsp
  • Cream -- 1/2 cup
  • Oil -- 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -- 1tsp
  • Green chilly --1 piece chopped
  • Spices -- cumins seeds, asafoetida, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, dry methi as per your taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add hing and zeera. Now add onions and saute it till becomes brown. Now add Ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 min.
  2. Add turmeric, salt, tomato paste and green chili. Saute it till it leaves oil.
  3. Add chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Saute for 2 min.
  4. Now at last add cream or malai and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with dry methi powder. Creamy onions are ready 😋😋
