Ingredients

  • 250 gms khoya
  • Dry fruits as per your requirements
  • 2 spoon dessicated coconut
  • 250 gms crushed paneer
  • Food color
  • 2 bowl sugar powder
  • 1 tea spoon nutmeg powder, elachi powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly in the kadhai put khoya and nicely saute it, when colour is slightly changed, add coconut, elachi powder, nutmeg powder and saute for 1 min. Now add 1 bowl sugar and saute it nicely.
  2. Take khoya in plate and make two parts - in one parts add red color and another part add green color.
  3. In another pan add 1 cup water and rest sugar and make syrup (1 taar chasni). After that put paneer, dry fruits and nicely saute it.
  4. Now take some khoya and make ball and in the center of ball put paneer Ingredients and closed it. Make all khoya balls like that.
  5. Indian Dessert: Stuffed Khoya Barfi is ready to be served!
